Subscription and Refund Terms

These terms explain recurring billing, cancellation, plan changes, and refunds for paid Cruxl plans.

1. Plans and charges

Current prices, billing frequency, included usage, and plan features are shown on the pricing and checkout screens. Prices are quoted in the displayed currency and may exclude applicable taxes. You authorize Cruxl and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and applicable taxes.

2. Automatic renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. The renewal charge will generally occur on the same calendar date as the initial purchase, subject to payment-network and calendar adjustments. By subscribing, you consent to recurring charges without a separate approval for each renewal.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time through Account Settings and the Stripe customer portal.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • You retain paid access through the end of that period unless the account is terminated for a serious policy violation.
  • Deleting your Cruxl account initiates cancellation of subscriptions associated with that account, but you should confirm cancellation before deleting if timing is important.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, partial billing periods, plan downgrades, or unused features. Contactcontact@cruxl.app promptly if you believe a charge was duplicate, unauthorized, or caused by a billing error.

Nothing in these terms limits cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

5. Failed payments and plan changes

If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an updated payment method, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription. Upgrades may take effect immediately with any price adjustment shown before confirmation. Downgrades generally take effect at the next renewal unless the checkout flow states otherwise.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will provide advance notice before a price change applies to an existing subscription, as required by law. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Relationship to other terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Service. If they conflict on a billing issue, these Subscription and Refund Terms control for that issue.
