Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Cruxl to create, upload, process, publish, or facilitate:

• Illegal activity, fraud, deception, money laundering, or evasion of sanctions or export controls.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, or any content that endangers children.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or instructions to create or distribute such material.
• Credible threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing, incitement of violence, or praise or support of violent extremist activity.
• Discrimination or decisions about employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, healthcare, or legal rights without lawful authority and meaningful human review.
• Professional medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical advice presented as authoritative without qualified review.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or instructions primarily intended to cause cyber harm.
• Spam, impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, or infringement of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

• Do not bypass limits, safeguards, access controls, or content filters.
• Do not probe or test systems without written authorization.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or automate access except through an interface we expressly provide for that purpose.
• Do not interfere with availability, overload infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or access another account or map without permission.
• Do not resell or provide shared access to the Service unless Cruxl has agreed in writing.
• Do not reverse engineer or use output, models, or system behavior to develop a competing model or service, except where law prohibits this restriction.

You are responsible for User Content, collaborator access, public links, and decisions made using AI output. Use appropriate consent, notices, and permissions before recording or submitting information about other people.

We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate access based on the severity, frequency, and context of a violation. We may preserve or disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent harm. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a chance to appeal by contactingcontact@cruxl.app.
